Gavin & Stacey will be back « one day » after the show’s popular 2019 Christmas special.
The BBC has confirmed that the legendary program will return with new episodes following the success of the reunification.
Charlotte Moore, the BBC’s chief content officer, announced the news after declaring the fun sitcom was never planned for 2020, LADbible reports.
She said, « That wouldn’t happen this year » and followed, « One day. «
A Gavin and Stacey comeback has also been speculated, as Ruth Jones has reportedly been considering a fourth series while her co-creator James Corden also said he was not ruling anything out.
Oscar Hartland, who played Nessa and Smithy’s son Neil the Baby in the Christmas special, said he investigated the talk show host, James Corden, on the set.

Mathew Horne and Joanna Page, who played the series’ title couple, were spotted together in a bar in Wales after the lockdown.
A Gavin and Stacey fan spotted the famous couple and asked for a selfie, to which they were happy to be indebted.
Kirstie Smith told Wales Online: « I was so happy to see her but obviously disappointed in not being able to really approach her, but at least I managed to get a quick picture of it. « . «
