Piers Morgan was furious today when Conservative MP Matt Hancock refused to say whether he would forego the MP’s raise.

The 55-year-old health minister appeared on Good Morning Britain for the second time today since the government stopped boycotting the ITV program.

And GMB viewers were similarly unsettled by Hancock’s lack of response and « grins » when asked by Piers.

While another commented, « Matt Hancock looks creepy as hell and stops saying it’s about balance. Shifty eyes and silly grins at serious questions #GMB. « 

A third wrote, « Grinning idiot Matt Hancock gets another kick from Piers and Susanna on GMB like he’s not taking a raise while all public sector workers continue to struggle with #GMB. «
