« It really means a lot to us to pay homage to Broadway This community, as we know, has been really, really hard hit by the pandemic, » Kotb explained when the laughter subsided. “The theaters might be closed, but when Broadway heard we wanted to do a show, people from all the different productions came and went. They opened costume stores that closed.
