TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – No.. 18/19 The state of Florida makes its way back to court after Christmas and travels to Clemson for a clue Tuesday night. The Seminoles (5-1, 1-0 ACC) begin a stretch of 19 consecutive ACC games when they face the Tigers (6-1, 0-1 ACC) at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, S. C.. . on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.. m.

The game will be broadcast by RSN under the direction of Fox Sports South. The broadcast crew consists of Evan Lepler and Mike Gminski. Click here for an overview of partners and ways to stream. The in-market live stream is provided by Fox Sports Go, while the out-of-market live stream is provided by ESPN.

The game can also be heard on the Learfield IMG Radio Network, starring Gene Deckerhoff and Adrian Crawford. For a live audio stream, click here.

Tuesday’s game, the FSU’s first game since defeating Gardner-Webb 72-59 on Monday, May 21. December is the first time that FSU will play away this season.

FSU is 30-9 (. 769) against ACC opponents since the beginning of the 2018-19 season. The Seminoles last started 2-0 in the ACC game in the 2016/17 season when they opened the conference game with four wins in a row.

The FSU has a 44-33 advantage over Clemson in their head-to-head streak. The Tigers won the final meeting between the two teams, which was held on Jan.. February 2020 in Clemson. FSU is 19-16 under Leonard Hamilton against Clemson. Hamilton’s career high against the Tigers is 19-18.

The Tigers scored eight direct points in the first half for the first time since 11:19 to regain the lead.

Koprivica immediately responded with a strong movement on the low block for the basket and a foul, but missed the free throw

The momentum shifted when Clemson ran a 6-0 run at the start of the second half to reduce the FSU lead to just one point. The FSU have not scored a goal in more than two minutes of playing time.

RaiQuan Gray recorded his third foul of the night in less than two minutes in the second half.

The FSU ended the half-time with four of their last five field goal attempts. The Seminoles forced Clemson to only shoot 26% off the field in the first half.

The reason this game is so close is because Clemson is 9 out of 11 off the free throw line. The Seminoles committed 11 fouls and Clemson spent a good portion of the half on the bonus.

Scottie Barnes recorded his second foul of the game with 31 seconds in the half. He has 5 points and a game with 4 templates.

Evans leads all goal scorers with 9 points, while Walker and Wilkes 7 and 10 respectively. Have 6 points.

The Seminoles are aggressively starting to find a rhythm. The Seminoles made five 3s in the first half and shoot up to 44% off the field. Evans surprisingly leads all scorers with a career high of 9 points, while Wilkes has 6 points and scored two made 3s.

Something to keep in mind as we play tonight: Balsa Koprivica and Raiquan Gray both have two first-half fouls.

The defense of the FSU continues to make life difficult for Clemson. The tigers shoot only 27% of the field. However, the Tigers have nine offensive rebounds, which has resulted in nine second chance points. That keeps things as close as possible.

The Tigers now also have double the bonus and shoot the rest of the half free throws.

Clyde Trapp did the first three of the night for Clemson after the media timeout. The FSU started out coldly on the offensive, but the Seminole defense was arguably even better tonight. Clemson has only taken one of their last eight shots from the field, shooting just 22% off the ground in the first half.

However, the tigers are now in the bonus and shoot 1: 1 after the timeout.

Scottie Barnes knocked in his fifth half of the season and gave him 5 points in that first half.

Sardaar Calhoun knocks down the first three of the night for FSU after the timeout.

The FSU then took the first lead of the night after an M (7-6). J. . Walker Dunk was assisted by Wyatt Wilkes after a long pass from the other end of the course.

Wilkes later joined for FSU’s second 3 of the night. Scottie Barnes also collected his first basket of the night on a float right in his right elbow.

So far, eight of the first 14 field goal attempts by the FSU have been from the 3-point area and the Seminoles have not yet tried a free throw. Clemson does a great job packaging the paint, forcing the Seminoles to take perimeter shots.

Ugly start for both teams. In the first five minutes of the game they only shot together 3-17 from the field and 0-8 against 3.

The FSU’s only bucket came from RayQuan Evans in a highly competitive layup from the right block. The Seminoles already have six sales.
