(WHDH) – A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for part of Cape Cod and Nantucket.
At 11:53 a.m.. m. According to the National Weather Service, there was a severe thunderstorm near the island that was moving northeast at 65 miles per hour.
A tornado warning was issued for parts of Martha’s Vineyard and Cape Cod, but it expired around noon.
The tornado warning has expired. Parts of the cape are now exposed to a severe thunderstorm warning until 12:30 p.m.. There are still some rotations going on in this storm near Harwich and Brewster. @ 7News picture. Twitter. com / XG5mm3T4df
