The BTSC staff share their thoughts and say the Steelers vs.. . Jaguars

According to JuJu Smith-Schuster, the 9-0 Steelers want to cause the Steelers less stress in the future. The black-gold usually fights Jacksonville, but they’re 1-8. Will Steeler Nation fans need heart medication or will JuJu and the boys keep their word again this week? BTSC staff recorded their thoughts and predictions. Let’s see who is closest to the brand and furthest from reality. Last time, Matt Peverell came closest to the mark by predicting a 29-24 Steelers win. Who will it be this week with boastful rights?

Sure, this has what it takes to be a « trap game, » but if you compare the two rosters, the Steelers clearly have so much more talent than the Jaguars. The Jags fan base is desperate to lose to finally find a franchise quarterback, and I believe that is exactly what will happen on Sunday. I just hate the Jaguars Stadium, the grumpy grass, and the weird damp weather in Florida. I think the Steelers win and cover a low score matter.

I’ll be honest, I don’t care if the Steelers lose this game. I know this is sacrilege for many Steeler fans and don’t get me wrong, I’ll be yelling at the TV for the whole game but right now the Steelers are playing with house money. Talk about bye, home field, and I’ll give you an answer: I don’t care. Make the playoffs, it depends, and with a seventh playoff spot this year, the Steelers did it. Stay healthy, play your best football in December and January and hopefully peak in February.

Use your head, BAD! No, I can’t this week. I want to live in a fantasy world where the Steelers completely dominate. Jacksonville is 1-8 and the Steelers could make a bold statement. I would love to think that you could become the king of the castle in an epic way.

I’ll be very honest as the game against the Cincinnati Bengals ended last week. I felt a calm, calm presence in the air as our Steelers advanced to 9-0. The Bengals game was the perfect game to sit back and enjoy with a beer or soda. This season so far has been nothing short of an amazing trip. A road trip to Duval County will be exciting to see when I see our Steelers show up and play die-hard football. I don’t think Jacksonville Jaguar’s # 6 quarterback Jake Luton is going to score more points than Ben Roethlisberger. Joe Burrow tried hard to get the ball on key downs. History will repeat itself when Luton is pressured and embroiled in mistakes. Let’s go Steelers a two-digit number in the profit column is very achievable.

The Steelers score more than 30 points per game. The Jaguars give up more than 30 points per game. Ben Roethlisberger vs.. . Jake Luton. The Steelers Corps of Recipients vs.. . Still, the Steelers on either side of the ball simply have too much for the Jaguars to deal with on their 10th birthday. Season win in a row to return to Pittsburgh.

The series continues! Our Steelers remain undefeated in 2020, marching to some of the easiest weeks of their schedule (bar next week vs Baltimore). . It’s so hard to see Jacksonville get away with a win this week, but for Steelers fans, it’s a great chance to just enjoy great game and the march through February. For those avid fans of the NFL who are specifically going beyond the Steelers, this week is a great opportunity to see some of the Jaguar newbies just giving it a rip. This week is the perfect opportunity for run defense to get back on track by shutting down a young and experienced rushing corps led by James Robinson. Make sure the Steelers force Luton to make mistakes in passing, as they did with Lamar and Burrow. Steelers will break 5 bags even though they don’t keep flashing.

What team could play better than the Jaguars to start double-digit profits for the first time in Pittsburgh Steeler history?. I mean, come on, they already have Jag on their behalf, it’s like they were made for it. You might ask about 2017, when the Steelers lost to the Jags twice at home, but a lot has changed for both teams since then. The Steelers have lost two offensive superstars who may have turned out to be a boon in disguise as they turned the defense into an elite unit and replenished the WR Corps. Aside from Myles Jack, I don’t even recognize anyone that’s left of that Jags D, and I also have no idea who this guy is taking the snaps for them this week. This is a game between two teams who took completely different directions after the 2017 season. Steelers wins this game pretty easily.

I’ll do it again! Two weeks ago I knew I shouldn’t be picking the Steelers to cover such a wide spread on the street, so I didn’t. I was wrong. Last week I overcorrected and selected them so as not to cover them up at home. Wrong again. My system says the Steelers will win in the single digits, but my heart says this Jags team isn’t offering enough to keep them close. So I pick a blowout. Maybe I’ll finally do it right. No matter how much, I still say the Steelers win.

There’s an annoying sequel to the hilarious TV show « It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. « It says » It’s never easy in Jacksonville. The show plays the Pittsburgh Steelers as a superior NFL franchise that inevitably struggles when they play the brave Jaguars. This episode has a twist in the plot, however – in a widely anticipated trap game, the Steelers win! Ben Roethlisberger plays the hero, throwing three touchdown passes and to the comic’s relief, Jags quarterback Jake Luton is late for the game because stadium security refuses to believe the Jags will be quartered by Jake Luton.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a surplus of talented junior staff who are still battling for their NFL future on a team that is making its way to the top 3 draft picks. Undoubtedly, the Jaguar hierarchy desperately wants and needs to design a franchise QB to build upon and the current list is still trying to prove that they should be included in that plan. If the Steelers play a fundamentally solid football and avoid momentum shifting mistakes such as sales or mistakes by special teams, the enormous talent advantage of the Steelers throughout the squad should allow a dominant performance on both sides of the ball.

While the Jaguars have played historically tough between former rivals of AFC Central against the Steelers in this series, I think Pittsburgh handles things pretty easily in the 2020 matchup. There is a clear talent and experience gap between these two teams and I think Jacksonville will struggle to move the ball against the strong Pittsburgh defense while the Steelers should be able to move the ball offensively with ease.
