The Dallas Cowboys traditionally welcome great music artists to their Thanksgiving halftime show, and 2020 will be no different! An evil country musician, Kane Brown, will be born on Jan.. Take the stage on November 11th to support the Red Kettle campaign and raise funds to “provide shelter and meals for the homeless and hungry,” according to the Cowboys website.

« I’m excited to be part of this year’s Dallas Cowboys halftime show in honor of the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign, » said Kane, announcing the exciting news on James Corden’s The Late Late Show. “There were times when my family didn’t have enough to eat or had a roof over their heads, and today there are so many people in need. 2020 was a tough year, but every little act of generosity helps. I am honored to have the opportunity to increase awareness of how people can help this holiday season and beyond. ”

The cowboys are just as excited to have him on board. « Kane Brown’s infectious energy and positive spirit are exactly what we need to put the campaign in the spotlight, especially at a time when so many people are struggling with the pandemic, » said Cowboys Vice President Charlotte Jones, who a former national adviser is also the chairman of the Salvation Army. « Kane’s music has a kind of hope to inspire us and we are delighted to have him on our national stage for an incredible half-time performance this year. ”

This year’s Cowboys Thanksgiving game will be played against the Washington Football Team and will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The starting gun will be given at 4:30 p.m.. m. ET / 1:30 p. m. PT, so the halftime show will likely start at 6 p.m.. m. ET / 3 p. m. PT. The game will be broadcast live on FOX

Aside from the Super Bowl, the Cowboys halftime show is the most anticipated NFL performance of the year. They always grab great artists and fans expect a great show.
