An Amber Alert was issued to a three-year-old girl in North Carolina when police were desperate to find the missing toddler.
Kaysie Jay Lipscomb has been found safe after police believed she was kidnapped by Raheem Tyshawn Godfather, according to an Amber Alert.
Kaysie is described as a black woman who is about 2 feet tall and weighs about 40 pounds.
The alleged kidnapper godfather is said to be five feet, 11 inches tall and about 250 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes, and two teeth are missing, according to Amber Alert.
The two were believed to be driving a white 2017 Chevrolet Malibu with license plate HLE-9661 in North Carolina.
