Summer marks the off-season for Arizona hospitals, and even with the rise in COVID-19, they could be adding to their workforce with traveling health workers. But December brings high demand for hospitals, and as coronavirus cases swell across the country, it is difficult to get help outside of the state.
« I think we’re against it now. I think in the next few weeks the hospitals could really start reaching their capacities. And I think we have to watch it very closely, « said LaBaer.
