World news – Virginia vs. Miami prediction, line: Take Under in the ACC fight

0

Virginia goes into the home game against Miami on Monday with three defeats. The Cavaliers offer an efficient but slow offensive while the Hurricanes only fight for one goal.

Miami has topped 64 points in just one street game this season, ranking 272nd in the country in points per possession for the Season and 323rd place in 3-point shooting percentages.

Virginia ranks in the nation’s top 15 for points per possession, 3-point shooting rate, free-throw shooting rate, lowest sales per game and lowest per game committed fouls. Despite all of this, coach Tony Bennett’s team ranks 221st in the nation with 68.8 points per game, as they have an average of 1.9 fewer possessions per game than any other team in the country.

Despite all the shortcomings in Miami is able to have the second smallest free throws per possession in the nation and offensive numbers one and a lot to be done, with Virginia giving up the fourth smallest offensive setbacks per game among Division I teams.

Miami ranks the 318th place in possessions per game. Combined with Virginia, which plays a far better defense at home than on the road (8.7 points less per 100 John Paul Jones Arena possessions), the Hurricanes should increase their number of consecutive street games to a total of six.
